I am currently using the free app on both iPhone and iPad, and I think it’s very good.
I was considering buying the paid version, however I meet an issue: the download of audio files doesn’t work. When I click on it, a popup asks me if I’m sure, I click yes and a white blank rectangle appears (where I’d expect a progress bar). After a while it disappears but it’s not possible to play the audio.
The same behavior happens on both devices (both ios7).
If you want a screenshot let me know.

I bought your apps on PLAY STORE : TOPIK ONE Advanced and Intermediate
I run them on Galaxy Note II (Samsung).
But, since last update (version 4.1 – the one giving access to S-TOPIK – Intermediate / Advanced Sample, I am facing the following difficulty :
– if Audio file was already loaded, I can use it
– BUT if Audio file was not loaded, the button “Download” is no more available
– Hence I cannot download and play Audio files for related “Listening” exam
Looking forward to getting this issue sorted out

I purchased all three topik one for iphone, but when I downloaded audio file for listening sections, I hit play but no sound. What I can do to fix it?

A few days ago, we had a problem in the server the audio files are stored.
In this case, the download fails but it shows as if it was successful.
Please, try to download the audio files again. Delete the files that can’t be played in Settings, if needed.
